New Product - TrailBlazer Repair Shop Management

I havent posted for a while, as I've been burning the midnight oil, working on our new product.  It's called Trailblazer, and its a repair tracking package for computer repair shops. Trailblazer is entirely web based, and written in C# ASP.NET, using Linq as the DAL.   There has been a huge growth in the number of computer repair shops over the last few years, and this package should help with their management issues. The advantage of using Trailblazer is that shop managers can log in and view stats, and check repair progress from anywhere. It also allows customers to log in and check the status of repairs - this is really useful for trade customers who may have a few items in the shop at any time. Trade customers can also book a repair in themselves, ready for sending to the repair shop (saves admin time at the shop).
We've also built in features that allow Trailblazer to be re-styled to look like a customers other web sites, using CSS, and there is a simple CMS system so that custom pages can be created  - for repair price lists, contact info etc. All in all, Trailblazer is a really useful package for computer repair shops, and we have had good feedback from initial clients and users. We have decided to try the Software as a Service business model with TrailBlazer, so we are offering an option to rent the use of the application for £15 per month. This can keep the initial costs down for companies who are feeling the pinch at the moment. The next phase of development is to add sage accounts and quick books integration. I'll let you know how it goes. Adios Amigos.
