New Trailblazer features make keeping track of computer repairs even easier


I'm currently in the middle of adding new features to our computer repair tracking application -  TrailBlazer.  These will include data extracts for Sage accounts, and some new reports.   We have recently improved the navigation system - adding nice friendly icons for common tasks, and making the main menu multi level for administrators.

I'm also hoping to enhance the dashboard so that important information is always at hand, and make it really easy to keep track of technicians performance.

We have had some great feedback from current customers recently - one of the most important being that TrailBlazer is intuitive to use, and employees require minimum training to get up and running with it.   That's always a good sign.
